• November 2009 - New Building Trend in Hard Economic Times - In-Law Suites. Several homes are currently being designed and built with in-law suites to meet the increasing need and desire of many families to have their aging parents a daily part of their lives in lieu of a more institutional approach.

• September 2009 - Barn Renovation for Garage & Recreational Space. Premier Collection Custom Homes & Improvements Division has recently completed an extensive barn renovation in Wall Township, converting the original barn into recreational space for entertaining as well as the addition of a two car garage designed to complement the authentic barn look.

• August 2009 - A unique customization for a new home. A religious shrine was built in a custom home by Premier Collection Custom Homes in Freehold Township, New Jersey. Designed for the daily home observance needs of homeowners, this shrine design has become an integral part of the home.
