Premier Collection Custom Homes & Improvements conducted an addition and renovation project on an old but charming barn in Wall Township, New Jersey.

Barn Before the Addition

The barn was being used for storage. The family desperately needed a garage and additional space for the kids. The objective of the barn renovation project was to create a garage and provide usable living space.

Barn Addition & Renovation

While keeping the tradition of a charming red barn with white trim, an addition was connected to the barn to create a modern two car garage. The barn was renovated to provide new living space to be used as guest quarters and entertainment rooms.

We completely reframed interior and exterior walls around the original exterior walls and divided the space into new rooms, new stairs, new windows & doors, new roof, new siding, new electric and heat, etc.
